Emmalie El Fadli - Writer_Director.png



Emmalie El Fadli is a part time writer/director and full time editor based in London who started off back in 2018 when she made her first short film called 'The Date'. She made this as an answer to the lack of positive lesbian representation in media and it took her all over the world. It's been selected and screened at BFI Flare in London, Inside Out in Toronto, Roze Filmdagen in Amsterdam and many more. About a year or so later she wrote/directed her second short called 'From A to Q'. That film was also screened at the above but also at Frameline and Iris Prize which meant it ended up being screened on Channel 4 and All4. In post-production she’s assisted on shows such as “Deadwater Fell” (Channel 4), “DES” (ITV), “Angela Black” (ITV), and “The Rising” (SKY Studios) and has edited over 30 shorts and 3 features.

Hansof Waller is a writer, producer and photographer based in London. She has been making films and working in the creative industry for over 10 years. She’s worked with Miriam Margolyes, Tamzin Outhwaite, Christine Adams, Jacob Dudman, Michelle Ryan, Michael Landes, Helen Lederer and Maureen Lipman and more. She has worked for the BBC and Netflix taking unit stills but in her downtime she likes to write and come up with stories about positive queer people’s lives.  She co-wrote the film “The Date” which premiered at BFI Flare in 2019, which now has over a million views on Youtube. She’s also co-produced Emmalie’s short film ‘From A to Q’.



Sara Wilkins is an award nominated independent film director and producer. Having trained at top performing arts schools in London, Paris and New York, Sara started her film career in parallel to her training at the age of 14 doing work experience at the Pinewood Film Studios, which led to work on the feature film Desert Dancer. She is the founder and director of a British production company, Richlas Productions. Which she founded with the goal of making films that raise awareness of important social issues.  Her short films have been shown in film festivals globally and on video-on-demand platforms such as Roku Shorts Daily, Filmdoo and Lift-Off Network. 



Chim'Di Ugada is a Nigerian-born producer with a strong passion for developing stories that reflect the rich diversity within underrepresented communities. Her journey began as a student when she directed and produced a short documentary: Feel the Beat: Blackpool Young Artist, which sparked her love for documentary filmmaking. In 2023, Chim’Di successful produced 6 short documentaries for the Filmmaker Challenge Programme at Sheffield DocFest, working alongside renowned director Kevin MacDonald. She is currently directing and producing her 2nd documentary, which explores the support provided for aspiring female players from underrepresented communities.




Premila Puri is a London based producer who champions entertaining, thought provoking and socially impactful film and tv content. Premila is a BAFTA Connect member and an alumni of the prestigious Rotterdam Film Lab 2014. Alongside she’s a finalist at the Best Asian Woman Awards in the Arts and Culture category, Burberry British Diversity Awards 2024 and previously a finalist at the Women’s Enterprise Awards. Her debut short film, multi award winning ‘Itsy’, screened at over 20 film festivals globally and was a catalyst to the UK charity, Be Kind Movement’s Kindness in School Programme™. Her other short films 'Newbie' and 'In Too Deep' have qualified at several Oscar and Bafta qualifying festivals in 2023, with latter submitted to Bafta Awards 2024. Previous productions include features ‘Delhi Boom!’ and the award winning ‘Nine Nights’. Her current slate includes a sci-fi dystopian thriller with Sundance Lab finalist writer/director; a high end All3Media distinction awarded drama series (which she’s a co-creator on), unscripted factual entertainment series and children’s animation series.




Beatriz Deglado Mena is an award-winning cinematographer who studied film in Spain and The Netherlands before settling down in London. Her work includes BFI funded short films like House Party, Cuppa Chai and Octopus; BBC projects like The Pink Pill and commercials for brands including Adidas, Google, Samsung and Santander bank. Beatriz has been able to explore the power of cinematography in fashion and film, developing a genuine ability to adjust her style to different visions and stories. Her work as Director of Photography always aims to establish the best possible connection between audience and moving image through emotion and method.

Ilaria Mosca is a costume designer and maker, based in London. She’s worked as costume designer for films, music videos, live performances, opera and musicals. Moreover, she’s gained an extensive range of technical skills relevant to costume assistant, costume trainee, assistant production designer, head of wardrobe and dresser. Some of her recent credits as costume assistant are for films such as “Argylle” and “Tetris”, and as costume trainee on HETV shows such as “The Great” (Hulu), “Extraordinary: (Disney) and "Hanna" (Amazon, S3).

Blessing K is a firm believer that “beauty is not a privilege but a right that everybody is entitled to”. Her authenticity and talent is undeniable and has captivated clients and audiences alike, having worked along side international powerhouses such Samsung, Nike Air Jordan and Channel 4, it is no doubt that her mission to “put myself in a position of power in order to empower others” is well underway. She boasts an eclectic client base which reflects her multifaceted persona with her work showcasing a natural but bold feel with her makeup.
